• Paper: NCR (No Carbon Required)

• Pages per Binder: 150 pages (50 invoices × 3 copies)

• Printing: Single-color or full-color (logo & details)

• Binding Options: Top gum padded or side staple with perforation

Carbon Paper (Duplicate) – Traditional Method

• Sizes: A5, A4, Legal

• Copies: Original + Duplicate (manual with loose blue carbon paper)

• Paper: 68–70 GSM white offset paper

• Pages per Binder: 200 pages (100 invoices × 2 copies)

• Printing: Single-color (black ink)

• Binding Options: Gum top pad or side staple with perforation

• Applications: Budget billing, retail invoices, manual record keeping
